My client is a recognisable name in the agriculture science industry and is looking for an Operations Finance Analyst and Senior Analyst to support their growing business operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development operating budget, preparation of financial and management reports (i.e. monthly/quarterly forecasting of costs and variances), and performance of variance analysis. You will be a finance business partner to shared services, operational, procurement and supply chain teams. You will also have the chance to be involved in ad hoc improvement projects.

Requirements

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, operations/product costing and/or supply chain finance. Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Analyst position. To succeed in this role, you will be described as dynamic, analytical, eloquent and someone with good interpersonal skills.
