Our client is a successful and well-regarded major bank with a worldwide presence. To support the bank’s go-forward strategies and its focus in building a future ready workforce, they are now seeking a dynamic Organisation Design professional to join them.
This is an exciting role and broad based role encompassing Organisation Design (OD) strategy, strategy OD advisory to the business leaders, OD design and project delivery to support major transformation initiatives, as well as developing OD skills of HR to facilitate delivery of OD capabilities into the business. You will work closely with business leaders and human resource business partners to contextualize to the functions and markets, and ensure effective communication and execution of initiatives and solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, providing current market insights and thought leadership on best-in-class organisational design.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in Organisation Design gained in major banks operating across multiple business lines and geographies, or in consulting firms covering banking clients. You have experience in both design and implementation working closely with business leaders and HR business partners. You are a progressive, future focused HR professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
