    Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, HR OD to support HR strategic plans and objectives to drive organizational development/change capabilities and initiatives within the organization. As part of functional integration, there is a now a newly formed Centres of Excellence (CoE) to oversee the policy and direction for key HR functions.

    You will be responsible for development, implementation and improvement of the processes, structures, capabilities and capacity needed to deliver agreed plans and targets, collaborating with other HR COEs wherever possible, to maximise end to and integration, effectiveness and efficiency.

    Reporting directly to the Senior HR Director, you will work with internal stakeholders to promote and embed a high performance, team oriented and a unified culture through the design and delivery of high quality OD and change management strategies and interventions. Collect and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data on an ongoing basis to provide fact-based recommendations and measure progress on the impact of OD interventions to ensure effectiveness.
    Provide thought leadership on OD issues; consult, develop and co-facilitate as required, to drive desired organizational culture. Leading change management and transformation will be the key mandates for this position to transform HR practices , fostering a closer business partnering culture.

    Degree qualified, you will possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in OD gained from a company with progressive OD practices. Good knowledge of OD best practices, tools and competencies framework. You should be an accomplished HR Professional with a strong background across the full spectrum of HR . A self-starter who works well independently, you are able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal clients. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, drive for excellence and are flexible and driven in your approach. You are highly analytical and proven capability in change management and HR transformation.
