Our client is a global leading Asset Management company with more than US$100B in its portfolio and assets. They are looking for a Paralegal to join their Asia-Pacific legal team based in Singapore.

Role
Reporting to the Head of APAC Legal, you will support the team on various legal-centric task, including drafting legal contracts, supporting on financing and corporate transactions and assisting on KYC requests. You will also play a key role in coordinating corporate secretarial efforts and signatures and instructing external service providers to ensure quality and timely work.

Qualifications
You have at least 4 years of relevant experience in paralegal functions. Prior experience in financial services will be highly regarded.  As a proactive team player with good organisational skills, you have a proven track record in thriving under a fast-paced environment. You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills to bridge the gap with investment teams, portfolio managers and back-office operations across the globe.
