Our client is a global leading consulting firm. As the company eyes growth in the robust Asia-Pacific market, they are looking for a Paralegal to join their APAC regional team. This role will be based in Singapore.

Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Counsel, you will play a central role to a team of seasoned attorneys based in offices across the region to support them in maintaining the contract templates database, drafting of RFPs and agreements, assisting on corporate transactions and dispute resolution matters, if any. You will work closely with the regional General Counsel in streamlining workflow and managing the team’s capacity.

Qualifications
You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a paralegal/ legal support function. Prior in-house experience will be highly regarded. Equipped with excellent project management skills with a working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, you are a solution-driven individual with strong prioritisation skills. You also come with a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines and managing global stakeholders across all levels and functions.
