Responsibilities

Newly created paralegal position to work alongside a distinguished and established legal department in Singapore. The organization is going through an exciting phase of growth and reorganization, leading to the need for a legal team expansion.
There will be active involvement in legal documentation, legal digitalization projects and general corporate matters.

Requirements

Diploma in Law/Paralegal Studies with sound foundation in basic drafting and reviewing of legal documents. At least 4 years experience and embody a strong work ethic. You ideally bring a can-do attitude in your work endeavors and a champion of digitalization and improving efficiency. Someone organized and detail orientated will thrive in this role.
