They are currently seeking a Compensation (Payroll) Lead as a result of talent mobility within the business.

Role

This Compensation (Payroll) Lead will manage a team of 2 direct reports. Your team oversees the full spectrum of payroll operations across multiple business units in Singapore. Under your charge, the team ensures the accurate and timely disbursement of pay and allowances for 1,000 employees. You will also spearhead process improvement and innovation within the Payroll team – and will help to enhance the efficiency of operations through automation and adoption of technology.

Requirements

You should be an experienced payroll specialist with strong knowledge of local payroll regulations (including payroll practices, CPF payment schedule, tax calculations etc). You should also have experience leading or mentoring a small team, and possess a strong passion for developing talent under your care. You are also meticulous, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.
