It is also one of Forbes World’s Best Employers and LinkedIn Top Companies in year 2021. Now, there is a Payroll Manager position open in its Singapore team.

Responsibilities

You will manage, check, and control payroll processing for ~4,000 local salaried and hourly white-collar workers and manage 3rd party payroll service providers for the Singapore office. You will ensure compliance with Singapore’s payroll legislation. You will coordinate with business units’ Managers and Directors for payroll submissions. You will also partner with the business units HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Services to scale and drive process improvements. You will serve as the key business partner to various Human Resources functions to achieve business needs and goals.

Requirements

You have 5 years of Singapore in-house payroll experience. You lead a payroll team and manage third-party payroll vendor. You are a confident team leader who is proactive and result oriented with excellent stakeholder management skill.
