Job Description:

Kerry Interim is currently hiring a PMO analyst to work onsite with a fund management company, in this role you will be working along-side a project manager closely, providing the transparency of project progression through standard of procedures.

Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating with the project manager on progress and risk reporting, compilation of information, status, and financial reporting using CapEx or OpEx.
• Identify a project or operational risk and issues in a timely matter, communicate it with the relevant person, and propose and plan mitigating steps as appropriate.
• Collection of information, summarize and project reporting, accomplishments and highlight through multiple internal communication channels.
• Administrative duties such as maintaining department SharePoint for project documentation, communication internally etc.
• Assisting in planning, execution, and coordination of meetings or any other sort of internal programs.
• You will also be required to provide any other sort of administrative duties such as managing meeting or calendars, onboarding and offboarding of project and assisting in their setups.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, computer science or business management with at least 2 years of working experience as a BA or PMO Analyst.
• Proficient in Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Jira
• Familiar with Agile methodology, a plus to be PMP certified.
