We are partnering a leading healthcare technology provider in Singapore and our client is embarking on an exciting journey of transformation. Due to increased demands in technology programs, there is now opportunity for a PMO Lead to join its program delivery team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Program Manager, you hold key responsibility in supervising a team of finance, procurement and resourcing management staff to support a large scale complex program. You work with the team to ensure effective IT manpower planning and assignment. You organize and advise on program financial activities to proper fund utilization and work closely with central procurement team on end to end IT procurement activities. Apart from PMO responsibilities, you act as an important intermediary to promote team cohesion and synergy.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you have minimum 12 years of experience in relevant project experience. You have proven experience in management of large scale project portfolio, project financials and contracts. Industry experience in healthcare or public sectors are preferred. You have great attention to details, self-motivate and a good team leader. You should also come with excellent communication skills and ability with work with stakeholders at various seniority.
