Responsibilities

With the support from a leader with the experience of developing and launching exceptional curriculum, you will lead and grow a newly acquired preschool brand. You will oversee the transformation process, curriculum development, operations, administration, and ECDA compliance. Your role also includes designing an innovative curriculum that prioritizes outdoor and child-centered learning. As a leader, you will build relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a bachelor’s degree and ECDA qualified. You should have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
