The Client is a leading Global Wines and Spirits Company, with established operations worldwide. As the Company experiences growth in Asia, they are looking to hire a Private Client Manager to expand and manage their High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) customer base.
Reporting to the Private Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining a Private Customer list by recruiting HNWI customers. Alongside the Marketing team, you will coordinate & develop bespoke brand events to create interest and generate sales opportunities. You will coordinate pricing, and manage individual brands activity schedules, while leading the brand’s Mentoring Programme.
Your KPI’s include Brand sales volume, number of top influencers reached, number and quality of HNWI contacts, as well as trade spend (A&P, NSI, FTT). You will also evaluate contracts regularly to improve sales efficiency and ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner.
You will need to possess an MBA/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, as well as at least 8 years of experience in sales, with 3 years in a mid-management position. You should be fluent in English, ideally with some knowledge of Mandarin. Alcohol industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have strong connections with HNWI contacts in Singapore, couple with a good understanding of the liquor/luxury goods industry and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
