Our client is a globally renowned beverage brand and am hiring for a Product Development Manager to be based at their Global Innovation Centre in Singapore.

Responsibilities

This role reports to the Product Innovation Director and contributes to the core competency of the company’s beverage offerings. You will develop new recipes and formulation, and lead product development initiatives from concept to commercialisation and product launch. You have to keep abreast of new ingredients, flavours, product and market trends to identify opportunities to continuously improve the quality, customer satisfaction and cost of the company’s offerings. You will partner with brand managers, consumer insights team, creative team and digital marketers to ensure successful market introduction.

Requirements

You need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Culinary or related fields. Strong technical and product development knowledge and understanding of market trends in Asia and other international regions in beverages, especially coffee and tea is required. Excellent tasting skills is a must. To be successful in this role, you are hands-on, passionate about product development, able to multi-task, work cross-functionally and have strong project management skills
