    It is an exciting opportunity to join a world class FMCG manufacturer as they continue to expand their presence in Asia. The role will be based in Singapore and reporting into the Planning Manager.

    Your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the outsourced manufacturers to develop the raw material/ production planning. You will procure raw materials, packaging items and finished goods from suppliers/ external third party manufacturers. This has to be consistently done on time and achieve continuous improvement in quality and cost reductions. You will collaborate with other planning teams and master data in maintaining data integrity and optimized planning parameters. You play an important role in new product launches and project management initiatives.

    You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of solid material/ production planning experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices or FMCG industry. You have experience in new product launch planning and in-depth knowledge of SAP. Prior project management experience gained in MNC or large matrix organization environment will be preferred. You work well both independently as a self-starter and as team player within a cross-functional group. You have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
