Description
Our client, a reputable institution that values both professional growth and work-life balance, is currently seeking a highly capable candidate to join their strategic transformation team. The position will be primarily focused on supporting the employer’s long-term sustainable strategy, and is considered critical to the group’s success. As such, it is a highly visible role to upper management.
Responsibilities
Your key role will be to support programme champions in overseeing the implementation of the institution’s long-term sustainable strategy. In addition to designing and implementing strategic program management processes and toolkits, you will identify intersections and risks, analyze them, and lead the change management process. In addition, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across all level of seniority and ecosystem to enable the success of the sustainable strategy, as we as to mitigate the risks.
Requirements
You would possess a bachelor’s degree and have over 12 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and superb experience in stakeholder engagement and change management processes are essential. Prior experience or passion in corporate sustainability, ESG, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy or Engineering is a plus. Furthermore, the candidate should have prior experience in project management, with oversight of the Design-Develop-Deliver phases of strategic initiatives’ implementation.
