A top notch US Law firm with a Strong Project Development and Finance practice in Asia is presently seeking a highly motivated Project Finance Lawyer with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their team here in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a wide range of project finance matters, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex transactions. The team acts for lenders, sponsors, export credit agencies on energy and oil & gas projects, particularly in areas of Project Financing across the Southeast Asia market such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, amongst others.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 2-3 PQE gained from top tier local/international law firm
• Working familiarity with APLMA and prior experience in ECA financing transactions would be viewed favourably
• Candidates who are trained in general finance are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and drafting skills with keen interest in the Projects sector
