Project Specialist / IT Business Analyst – Data Analytics

This is one of the world’s leading logistics company, with ambitious growth plans in Asia Pacific and Singapore as its regional Asia Pacific headquarters. As a result of the growth plans, this is a newly created position for a high calibre Data Analytics Project Specialist in line with their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Techno-functional Project Specialist to drive the vision, strategy, product development, and execution of Data and Analytics projects. This is an exciting role which allows you to interact directly with the business stakeholders and is the figure of authority when interacting with the consultants and vendors. Given the setup, You may need to double-hat as Technical Business Analyst and Project Lead in gathering and documenting of functional and non-functional requirements for the implementation of vendor, facilitate UAT and assist with new product configuration.

Requirements

You will have led digital transformations and data analytics projects by successfully deploying, embedding, and commercializing analytics-based technologies in a global company. You have a solid experience working in an Agile environment. You have hands-on experience in business intelligence, data mining, ML data modelling, and ideally, you are familiar with predictive analysis and data visualization techniques using relevant tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong communication is a must for this role given the level of stakeholder engagement.
