My client, a prominent investment manager, has the ambitious aim to provide investment opportunities for high potential start-ups in Southeast Asia as well as to support infrastructure development. With projects in the pipeline, the team is looking for a Public Policy professional to drive government relations and external communications.

Responsibilities
You will provide government relations, public policy, and regulatory support to the firm by liaising with various external stakeholders in government, regulatory, and advocacy groups. In partnership with the business including legal teams, you will analyse and provide advisory on public policy implications on business strategy – and be involved in meetings to resolve them.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in political science or relevant programs. You have experience working in a government ministry or agency, ideally related to finance or foreign affairs, as well as a proven track record in government relations / public policy. To be effective in this role, you are a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and willing to relocate to Cambodia.
