A well-loved global blue-chip consumer brand is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to advise on the regional Business & Marketing strategy at the group level. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a market leader with resources and access to the management team.
Partnering with senior regional business leaders, and local consumer insights members, you will create and drive regional business intelligence and market insights strategy. With a predominant focus on quantitative data, you will be a key part in the identification and prediction of trends in the industry, anticipating market developments and new opportunities. Internally, you are always keeping abreast of the latest analytical tools for the team, and that the information is well utilised by the local teams. Ultimately, you are the strategic business advisor to ensure that the business continues to always stay a step ahead of the competition. This is a highly consultative role, leveraging on both external data and the reports offered by your internal Analytics team.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years’ post-graduate experience in business intelligence or business analytics – individuals from any B2C consumer background would be advantageous. Importantly, you will having strong technical skills including advanced SQL Excel skills and data visualisation techniques (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar). You are a business partner who engages well with senior stakeholders, have a passion for identifying stories from data, translating it into powerful and meaningful business advantage.
