Our client has an established global footprint within the e-Commerce industry. There is now a newly created position for a Regional C&B Lead for Asia.
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you are responsible as an adviser to provide consulting services as a subject matter expert on salary structure, proposals, job design, long terms incentives and benefit programs for the region.
Review classification and compensation changes and makes recommendations to the business. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary bench marking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.
You will gather and analyse workforce information, bench marking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment. Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory actions that impact compensation and benefit plans to develop recommendations as appropriate. Interprets local laws regulating compensation and benefit practices.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in designing/ implementing compensation & benefits programs in a regional capacity. GRP certified will be an added advantage. You will be proficient in using Mercer or Hay for job leveling and salary bench marking.
