    Description

    Role 

    There is now an exceptional Regional C&B Partner opportunity where you can the custodian for the Asia markets to shape the Compensation and Benefits agenda.  This position enables you to partner directly with the senior business leaders while reporting directly to the CHRO. Your role is pivotal to drive the Total Rewards function, responsible for the design and co-development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark. With the growth in the markets especially in Asia, you will elevate the current total rewards framework and programs.  Streamline the regional compensations and benefits guidelines across numerous markets in the Asia region.

    Work closely with your respective in-country General management, Senior HR Business Partners to drive the overall total rewards components including salary banding, levelling and policies across the 10 markets with a strong presence in SEA region. You will be managing the Performance Management and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation. You will lead and drive initiatives and Total Rewards projects from the Headquarter and across Asia markets. .  Develop gap analysis and propose recommendations. Manage Annual Performance Cycle during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews. You will review compensation and benefits packages to ensure external competitiveness within the industry. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position, prepare data, and participate in surveys and reviews of data. GRP certified professionals will have an added advantage. Ideally, you will have in depth experience in job levelling using Mercer or Hay methodologies.

    You will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of C&B experience with a good track record in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies/ programs in an APAC or ASEAN capacity. Prior experience in consulting firms with a holistic view of how C&B programs are managed is highly preferred.
