    There is an exciting opportunity for a Regional C&B Partner where you partner closely with the business as an advisor for the compensation and benefits agenda in the ASEAN, India and Pacific markets.  With the growth in the markets especially in Asia, your role is pivotal to elevate the current total rewards framework and initiatives. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you are the custodian of the Total Rewards function, responsible for the design and co-development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark.  You will lead and streamline regional compensations and benefits guidelines across numerous markets in the Asia region. You will be managing the Performance Management and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation.

    You will lead and drive initiatives and Total Rewards projects from the Headquarter and across Asia markets. Work closely with your respective in-country General management, Senior HR Business Partners to drive the overall total rewards components including salary banding, levelling and policies across the region.  Develop gap analysis and propose recommendations. Manage Annual Performance Cycle during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews. You will review compensation and benefits packages to ensure external competitiveness within the industry. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position, prepare data, and participate in surveys and reviews of data. GRP certified professionals will have an added advantage. Ideally, you will have in depth experience in job levelling using Mercer or Hay methodologies.

    You will have a minimum of 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies/ programs in an APAC or ASEAN capacity.

    It is critical that you will have experience in handling international mobility in your recent roles. Prior experience in consulting firms with a holistic view of how C&B programs are managed will be an advantage.
