We are actively searching for a dynamic and driven leader to spearhead a prominent training and certification finance business across the Asia region. As the Asia Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

You will report directly to the senior management team and assume responsibility for the P&L of the business, as well as shaping and executing the overall business strategy. Your team will encompass programme management, B2C sales, and B2B sales, working collaboratively to achieve your revenue targets.

Maintaining strong partnerships with various entities will be paramount in this role. Leveraging your extensive network, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the finance, banking, and accounting sectors, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess over 15 years of professional experience, demonstrating a track record of exceptional leadership and/or sales management expertise. Previous involvement in financial education or financial certification/exams (e.g., ACCA, CFA, Singapore CA) is highly desirable. Additionally, your excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholders will be crucial in driving business growth.
