As the brand continues to enjoy worldwide success for its coveted collections of leather goods, accessories and fashion, they are now seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their Singapore office.


    This role reports directly to the HR Manager for the region. In this role, you will be in charge of the execution and development of the C&B function. You will also ensure that the monthly payroll and cost allocation processing are well facilitated. You would also have to manage the HRIS system, liaise with external services provider(s) for market data benchmarking and support annual salary reviews. The role also requires you to design and review C&B policies, and prepare communication materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements.


    You are degree qualified, with 5 years of C&B experience. Candidates with prior experience in 1) a regional role and 2) the retail industry are preferred. You must have strong knowledge of the Employment Act and various HR-related regulations. Knowledge of Workday system is a plus.
