    Description

    Our client is looking for a Regional Total rewards Lead to join their regional team based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible to drive the Total reward strategies and processes for Asia including North Asia. You are responsible for executing regional reward and performance processes, communications and other performance and rewards activities. Implement the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews especially in the sales-incentive schemes.

    You will be supporting both the corporate and commercial sales employees. Work with internal stakeholders on educating Total Rewards philosophy, compensation management and changes to C&B program Prepare the proposed annual review budget pools, and implement the principles and communications, including wide consultation with Leadership, Finance and C&B/HRBPs teams on imbedding reward strategy.

    Lead and drive C&B initiatives and activities at both local and global level, including job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure review, year-end review, benefits renewal, wellness activities, recognition programs, policy review and implementation. Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits. Provide benchmarking analysis, trends and correlations and make recommendation to ensure competitiveness with market change

    Research, monitor and assess compensation trends and the regulatory environments, maintaining a strong connection with independent consultants, salary survey providers and industry colleagues to understand to the external market and climate. Provide in-depth analysis and support on variable pay programs – sales incentives, company bonus schemes

    Requirements

    You will possess a minimum of 12 years’ progressive C&B experience. Ideally, you will have prior experience in establishing/ revamping C&B structure and framework. You have a track record of developing highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and have excellent client-facing communication skills. Experience working in a complex and matric organization highly desirable. Experience in SAP / SuccessFactors and Mercer are highly desirable.
