This is an exciting Compensation & Benefits opportunity where you are part of the global team managing the APAC markets. Reporting into the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, you are responsible for consulting and partnering with the senior leadership team on compensation issues and leading a variety of broader Compensation activities. You will support businesses across multiple high growth and emerging countries. Supports the Head of HR with all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and incentive review, market data collection and analysis, market trend research, and budgeting for salary increases. Drive compensation strategy for assigned business, consults with HR Business partners on compensation issues.
Partner with HR leaders and senior management to understand and support business objectives by providing expert advice including comps design to meet business needs. Re-design of current compensation programs or design of new programs. Leads projects for the team and/or work streams in broader HR projects.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record as a Rewards leader in large progressive organisations with strong employee engagement and change management experience. You are a data driven leader with strong analytical, problem solving and influencing abilities. You are passionate about and a thought leader in Rewards, and are well-versed in emerging trends and solutions on what is best-in-class. You are a progressive, future focused leader who is strategic yet hands on, with strong EQ and communication skills.
