Our client is undoubtedly a globally respected multinational who believes in constant innovation. Due to continued ambitious growth plans and growing presence in the APAC region, there is an opportunity for a driven and strategically minded professional to join their regional team in Singapore.
As part of the regional supply chain team in Singapore, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and service solutions that enable the region to achieve the targets in terms of overall service level, cash and cost whilst maximising customer service performance. You will spearhead the regional service improvement plan to support delivery of the operating plan, priorities and KPIs. You will deliver project deliverables on time within budget and meet the expected goals.
Ideally you have at least 5 to 7 years relevant experience gained in progressive multinationals with strong understanding and breadth of end-to-end supply chain. You have demonstrated track record in project management, implementation and continuous improvement experience with global 3PL providers, retail or FMCG industry. You have strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with transformation mindset. Prior China market experience and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be viewed favourably.
