My Client is an established global insurer. They are currently looking for a Counsel to join their team in Singapore. This position gives the counsel an opportunity to work on cross-border corporate matters in a well established global MNC.

You will be required to draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts. In addition, you will work closely with multiple business stakeholders in providing legal advisory (marketing, sales), as well as with  internal and external legal team. The candidate will also be responsible for pushing through initiatives for internal risk and governance. There will also be other adhoc legal matters to support.

Requirements

• >7PQE, called to Singapore Bar
• Experienced in the Insurance sector (contentious, non-contentious)
• Driven, good team player
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders at once, agile
