This is a leading global retail company with their regional headquarters in Singapore. Due to evolving business, the organisation is undergoing an exciting transformation journey and is looking for a Data Governance Manager to drive the application of analytics across businesses to become a data-driven decision-making organisation.

This is a newly created role where you will drive data management and governance program, strategy, and framework across the Group to ensure data quality and integrity. You will provide technical and non-technical guidance for key business data definitions rules, lineage, data lifecycle, data management, data capture/tagging, and reporting.

You will also design and implement the program to create data governance awareness, standardize data definition and manage data issues resolution. You will also provide mentorship, strategy, and oversight for data-related programs.

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you will have at least 10+ years of relevant working experience within data management and governance. With strong communication and analytical skills, you are highly collaborative and able to work with all levels of the organization and across borders.

Given this is a newly created role; you are also a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
