    Our Client is a one of the leading players in the retail category. They have an established presence globally and as they continue to grow their regional business in Asia Pacific. They are now seeking for a Regional Demand Planning Manager to be based in Singapore.

     

    You will support the Planning Director in developing and driving the forecast for the brands that will be within your portfolio. You will act as a business partner engaging closely with the commercial team, brand marketing team and the management team. You will ensure appropriate adjustments are done accordingly based on the sales trends. You will spearhead the S&OP meetings focusing on demand trends insights, challenges, scenarios planning based on risks/ opportunity assessments. You will ensure best practices are used for analytics to correct forecast bias and improve consistency.

     

    You are degree qualified with at least 6 to 10 years’ demand/ supply planning experience with regional exposure in a matrixed FMCG/ retail multinational corporation. You have hands on SAP and other planning ERP system experience.  To excel in this role, you would be associated with the following traits: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, strong collaboration, strategic thinking, excellent communication and good conflict management skills.
