Our Client is one of the Top Personal Care players with strong regional presence and is looking to hire a regional eCommerce Manager to join its growing Asia business.
This role is responsible for driving the digital sales and e-Commerce strategy across multiple e-tailers channels (pure play, marketplaces and brick & clicks) as well as e-Distributors. You will manage evolution of digital shopper marketing plans, managing standalone projects to always-on campaigns and keeping wider Brand & Trade Marketing teams aligned with online initiatives.
You also need to understand and identify the best fulfillment model (direct vs. indirect) and work with Supply Services team to minimize lost sales due to any inefficiencies in fulfilment model. The individual must be able to forecast volumes with a reasonable degree of accuracy.
You will need to work with relevant stakeholders to drive improved reporting, covering growth KPIs (value, volume) and stickiness KPIs (unique shoppers, repeat ratio, size of basket etc.)
To be successful in this position, you must be a degree holder and possess a minimum of 4 years relevant eCommerce experience. You must demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills in your previous roles.
