Our Client is a Global Consumer Leader and is looking to hire a regional e-marketing manager to drive e-commerce activation plans across Asia.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Ecommerce, you will lead the category and brand development for the ecommerce business. Pilot assortment and promotion strategy and coordinate the implementation. Drive the strategy and implementation of our online business priorities in order to grow to grow traffic, improve conversion, and drive new customer acquisition. Collaborate with the team to create an overall beauty strategy. Contributes to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of regional FMCG brand marketing experience with strong exposure to digital marketing. Experience in beauty industry is a plus. The ideal candidate is highly organized, consumer-centric, business-driven. Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible.
