Our client is an engineering solutions company, with an established Regional HQ in Singapore. As part of ambitious growth plans, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high caliber finance professional to join them.

Responsibilities

Partnering the regional leadership team, you will provide financial and strategic business counsel to country management, including the statutory accounting and reporting responsibilities, management of planning cycles, championing best practices and internal controls/process improvements and leading special projects as and when required. Whilst this is fundamentally a strategic planning and analysis role, you will also provide full suite finance support towards working capital management (including treasury and funding), group taxation, audits and other business requests.

Requirements

You are degree qualified and have a minimum of 12 years relevant commercial experience, preferably gained in Industrials Solutions businesses. You have deep commercial finance business partnering experience on a layer of a strong Accounting foundation. Strategic and hands on, you have partnered the senior leadership team in leading organizational growth. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment and work well both independently as well as in a team. A strong people manager, you are an effective communicator and an inspiring leader.
