My client is a Fortune 500 FMCG firm that is looking for a Regional FP&A Lead to support their business needs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall planning and management reporting activities for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and guiding a regional financial analyst. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, preparing monthly business review decks, performing financial analysis on key trends and variances, and driving process improvements and harmonization efforts.

Requirements

You are a qualified CA with 6+ years of relevant industry experience from fast-paced organisations, with strong accounting fundamentals and commercial acumen. Prior experience in a similar role in FMCG/Retail/Pharmaceutical industries preferred. To succeed in this role, you should be a meticulous and agile team player that thrives on challenges, with strong capabilities in making sense of numerical trends.
