Our client is a leading flavor and fragrance company, and am currently hiring for a Singapore-based Regional Fragrance Director role to lead their Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional CEO, this position will have regional P&L responsibility across Southeast Asia and Oceania operations, managing a team including sales, evaluation, marketing, product development and perfumers. You will work with relevant teams to establish competitive products sales and business development capabilities, while developing a strategy to capture and maintain a competitive intelligence database, ensuring accuracy of information. The incumbent will establish a relationship with customers to help them achieve their objectives and build long term relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You will provide leadership to the overall team and ensure necessary collaboration and communication between the sales team and all the support functions. The selected candidate will identify and develop new opportunities for the establishment in new markets across the region, aligned with the group strategy.

Requirements

You should have a relevant business degree, with 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in fragrance concentrates in Asia markets. Strong analytical and business development experience will be preferred, and proven team management and P&L experience will be essential. You should be passionate for talents and business development, with high-level of  written and communication skills.
