We are pleased to be working with a global trading organisation that has a strong history and legacy. The business has recorded phenomenal growth in Asia and this role is based in Singapore (Asia HQ office).
This role will assist the HR Director in developing, delivering and implementing global HR strategies, policies, plans and processes which are effective, relevant and market competitive. This will encompass areas in talent acquisition, talent management/succession planning, performance management, L&D, etc.
Additionally, you work closely with line managers as a change agent and drive transformation agenda i.e. developing change plans and leading communication and engagement activities. You must have a proven track record with at least 8 years of generalist HR experience and have solid knowledge of employment laws in Asia. Regional travel of up to 20% of time is required. Having worked in global MNCs previously would give you an edge in communicating and managing stakeholders.
