This is an excellent opportunity to join an established healthcare organization for a Regional HR Director, APAC. Reporting to the Regional MD, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) enabling business growth and build a high-performing culture. Lead the development of HR strategies and planning to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the business. Align to business goals and direction. Advise, guide and influence senior and line management on all HR matters, offering pragmatic and efficient HR solutions.
Supporting the regional headquarters in and driving the people strategy across Asia-Pacific, excluding Japan. You are responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions including designing and implementing HR policies and programs, directing all aspects of talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, talent management and organization development. Lead HR function including talent development, culture building, compensation design, while ensuring a high performing culture.
Ideally, you are degree qualified in Human Resources or related fields. Possess a minimum 20 years of relevant working experience in hyper growth technology organizations or healthcare/ pharma industries. Open minded with a positive mindset along with the grit and resilience are what are the key attributes to the success of this role. You will have demonstrated high learning agility and assimilation in previous organizations. Prior experience in supporting APAC markets including China will have an advantage.
