    Description

    This is a fast growing organization within the Education Tech sector where this is an opportune time to join them as they are going to establish their core HR function in the region. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the founder, your role is pivotal to the business to corporatize their Human Capital Agenda as they are experiencing high growth within the SEA markets. With a lean HR team, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions with expertise in culture building, organization development, performance management  are the key areas to focus. Lead HR function including talent development, culture building, compensation design, while ensuring a high performing culture. You will work directly with the CEO and the respective c-levels of the regional team  as a strong HR advisor. Eventually, you will build a team to support the COE functions with a large proportion on global HR projects. You will know “What good looks like” and leverage on your previous experience to professionalize the HR corporate function.

    Ideally, you are degree qualified in Human Resources or related fields. Prior start up experience in HR function or in a tech organization is a must have.  Strong analytical skills to deliver HR programs and strategies that effectively address business issues.

    Possess a minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience in hyper growth technology organizations or healthcare/ pharma industries. Open minded with a positive mindset along with the grit and resilience are what are the key attributes to the success of this role. You will have demonstrated high learning agility and assimilation in previous organizations.
