    Description

    Our client is one of the leading organizations in its own category with an established global presence. Their business has been growing exponentially in recent years especially in Asia. There is now an opportunity to join them as a Regional HR Director responsible for ASEAN and Pacific to pivot the HR practices and strategies to the next level.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Regional Managing Director with a functional reporting into Regional VP of HR, you will be responsible for both HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. Drive employee engagement, establish succession planning, enhance talent attraction and retention strategies. Experience in organization restructure and change management. To support the company’s continued growth, you will be responsible for further developing its HR capabilities and are instrumental in driving HR transformation and change management in alignment with the company’s vision and goals. You will identify and drive adoption of best-in-class HR practices to help the company establish the company as an employer of choice.

    Requirements

    You are a degree qualified with strong track record in developing HR capabilities and people management. You will come with strong HR business partnering and generalist experience, and the agility to switch between a tactical and strategic mindset. Prior experience in the consumer related or retail sector will be highly preferred.  You will have at least 3 to 5 years of people management experience in a regional capacity.  You are a dynamic leader and change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong EQ and communication skills. Demonstrated skills and experience in stakeholder management particularly in a culturally diverse environment. Self-starter who enjoys and is adept working in complex and high growth set up.
