    Description

    Our client is an established European organization with increased presence in Asia over the decade, there is now an opportunity for a Regional HR Manager to support the APAC regional office in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional HR Director (APAC), you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR business partnership, ensuring that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. You will propose relevant HR strategy and manpower planning for the region, according to business development needs.

    Lead and to implement HR related initiatives and programs consisting of talent development, compensation/remuneration and benefits, performance evaluation, employee wellness, HRIS, employee communications and employee relations. Implement the global HR strategy, policy and projects for the APAC office. Drive the team organization and HR processes, accountable of HR SOP and policies. Responsible to build a strong team, capable of growing and adapting to business needs.

    Requirements 

    You are a degree qualified with strong HR business partnering and generalist experience. Prior experience in the consumer/ FMCG sector will be preferred.  You have an in-depth understanding of the local labor legislations, regulations and practices.  You are a change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong EQ and communication skills. Demonstrated skills and experience in stakeholder management particularly in a culturally diverse environment. You are meticulous and is highly adaptable. Self-starter who enjoys and is adept with both operational and strategic tasks. Ability to thrive working in an ambiguity environment in its initial period is critical to the success of this role. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong influencing skills and adaptation skills needs. Well organized and team work spirit.
