There is now an exciting opportunity to join a luxury FMCG European MNC as their Regional HR Manager. Report to the Head of HR, APAC you will play a pivotal role to drive the strategic human capital agenda with the senior leadership team. You will provide strategic, commercial and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective workforce decisions. You will partner with relevant senior head of business stakeholders to support the markets within ASEAN.
You will advise on organisational design, talent management, learning and development, reward and risk management. You will also collaborate with the broader regional HR team to provide local insights to the COE team. Using HR data analytics and insights, partner with Managers to undertake organisational design that ensures efficiency. Establish succession planning and career pathways for high performing local ‘talent’ ensuring that these individuals have clarity on opportunities across the organisation. Conduct and implement the local remuneration/ sales incentives review process. Support reward and recognition initiatives that recognise culturally aligned high performance.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of HRBP experience in a Consumer related industries including FMCG. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a an added advantage. Experience in workforce optimization, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Possess curiosity, commercially savvy and a strong interest with consumer sector.
