    We are partnering with an European Life Sciences organization where they have grown significant presence in Asia Pacific (APAC) in the recent years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional HRIS Manager to drive the next HRIS Transformation journey towards a Cloud-based platform.

    Reporting to the Head of HR (APAC), you will drive the design and strategy of the HRIS roadmap while working closely with the Headquarter. You will  partner with the functional lead in HRIS and be the custodian for APAC’s project management team. You will partner and internal and external stakeholders to deliver the next HRIS milestone and the selection of the vendor for the implementation.


    Drive and design HRIS initiatives working with senior leadership and stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Work closely with the Head of HR and HRIS functional lead on strategic direction for the HRIS roadmap and platform. You are responsible to establish and revamped the process and policies to enhance the HRIS system. Partner with Global Headquarter and CoEs to define and implement forward-thinking HRIS strategies and solutions to elevate the HR function and operation excellence including payroll systems.

    Partner closely with the regional in-country HR heads/ HRBPs to ensure best practices are aligned to organizational priorities and operational needs. Provides support on the ongoing enhancement, maintenance and upgrades of all HR related technology working in partnership with the vendors. Work with the IT department to revamp the SOP for the operations support of HR systems.


    Degree in HR related field. At least 12 years of relevant HRIS experience, ideally with Cloud solutions including Workday or SuccessFactors. Strong and proven working experience within the countries in APAC is a pre-requite. You will have managed or led Regional HR Transformation projects in your previous roles within a matrix organization. You will come with both hands on and be technically competent in HRIS systems. Excellent communication and written skills are important. Highly driven and an independent individual.
