    Description

    With an international presence, our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Goods company. With growing revenue and ambitious plans to continue their expansion, the company is currently seeking a Regional HRIS Manager to take charge of all HRMS matters and related projects from the regional headquarters in Singapore. This 1-year contract position is an individual contributor role.

    Role
    This role will report to the Regional HR Director, and work closely with relevant stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region, serving as the conduit between IT and HR to oversee the integrity and administration of HR Systems. The successful candidate will also be in charge of the development and maintenance of HR Dashboard(s) and provide regular reports on key HR metrics for the organization including recruitment metrics, compensation and benefits, training and more.

    This role takes charge of ensuring data accuracy for the HR Information System and is expected to perform data validation and testing. In terms of modules, one significant aspect of the role includes partnering with the Regional Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits COEs to develop timelines and manage the annual PM & Compensation Review cycle (including but not limited to: year-end assessments, salary and bonus reviews)

    This dynamic position will be able to participate or lead in various HR projects at the regional level.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
    • 3 – 5 years of HRIS/HRMS/HCM experience, preferably with some experience in-house, with knowledge of either of the following systems: Workday, Lumesse, SAP, PeopleSoft
    • HRIS Project Management experience – PMP certification is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
