There is now a newly created position for a Regional HRIS Aanlyst based in Singapore managing the SAP Success Factor implementation. Reporting to the Global HRIS Lead, you will be working closely with the HRIS team and Project Manager to drive the roll-out of the new system in Asia and Australia.
You will support activities including planning, delivery, change management, third party supplier management, project reporting, and liaison with all internal stakeholders including IT, Transformation, Internal Communications, Learning/Training, Payroll, Process & Change Management as well as all functions across HR, globally.
You will provide key support to the HRIS Project Delivery Manager on the overall project to ensure deadlines are achieved.
You would have 8 years of experience working within HR projects, specifically systems related. Analytical experience with regard to the production, analysis and manipulation of data as well as reporting. Experience of HR processes and delivering process improvement. Demonstrated experience of successfully managing key relationships and excellent communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to work with different stakeholders. You would have experience in project initiation, planning, execution, controlling & monitoring, closing. Good understanding of all Human Resources Functional Service processes. High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to strategic insight & perspectives.
