    Our Client is a leading chemical multinational and they are currently looking for Regional HSE Head who will be accountable for full spectrum of HSE across the region. This is a leadership role and it is designed as part of the succession planning for the business.


    You act as the key contact for all HSE strategies between Regional Office and the headquarters. You will be responsible for providing consultation, audit, training and strategic direction to drive continuous improvement and to pursue best practices in the management of HSE in Asia Pacific region. You will manage HSE compliance audit processes to ensure controls are in place.  You will ensure an Accident Free & Safety Culture with a commitment to create a workplace free of recognized hazards, promoting safe work behaviours and managing the safety of employee. You will continuously strengthen and further embed the HSE structure to ensure faster response to emergencies and improve communication at regional/ country level.


    You have minimum 15 years’ of HSE and production experience with regional exposure in the chemical industry. You hold a Degree in Chemical/ Process/ Mechanical Engineering and have managed teams in country/ remotely. You are the domain expert of safety, security, air, water, wastewater and hazardous waste compliance and regulations. You have experience in implementing ISO and OHSAS management systems with auditing knowledge. This role requires moderate amount of travelling to countries in Asia Pacific.
