Regional Human Resource Business Partner, Engineering Services

Our client is an established global industry leader, currently investing into significant expansion of a key business segment in the region. As such, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic HR business partner to partner the Regional Business Unit Leader to support its growth agenda.
This is an exciting and strategic role, where you will partner key senior leaders across commercial and corporate functions to develop and execute people strategies to achieve future-focused division and company goals and vision. Working with the business and COE colleagues, this includes capability building and talent development, performance management, rewards, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. You will provide coaching and challenge to the leaders with current HR insights and advise on HR best practices to enable the company to attract and retain talent and to be the workplace of choice.
You are degree qualified with strong strategic HR business partnering experience supporting business leaders in major multinationals with high growth and transformation focus. Experience in the engineering / technical services industry (e.g. Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul / MRO sector) will be highly preferred. You have strong commercial acumen, is strategic yet hands on and agile. Strong EQ, presentation and communication skills will be essential.
