    Our client is an established and well-regarded Financial Services industry leader which has delivered strong financial performance and continues to expand in Asia Pacific.  There is now a rare opportunity to join the firm’s regional office and be part of its next phase of growth.

    Responsibilities

    This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for executing the firm’s internal communication programme in Asia Pacific. You will support regional HR leaders in employee engagement communications, campaigns and events as well as key businesses leaders (e.g. country CEO) in senior executive communications; in alignment with global headquarters and business priorities, to promote growth, manage and enhance employer brand reputation and deepen employee engagement.  This includes delivering impactful communications and experiences for key global initiatives like Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Future of Work and Employer Value Proposition / Employer Branding.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in regional internal communications including employee and executive communications gained in global financial institutions or major multinationals.  You are a hands-on self-starter, with ability to identify solutions in a timely manner and strong program / project management skills.  Excellent presentation, communication, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
