    Description

    Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturing MNC and is looking to expand its business across the Asia Pacific. If you have the appetite to work in a fast-paced environment and seeking regional exposure, this is the role for you.

    As a member of the regional Asia Pacific HR team, you will be responsible for leading global strategies and building capabilities within the region. The scope of your tasks includes workforce planning, succession planning, organizational improvement, and the execution of the performance life cycle. You will also design, implement, and monitor initiatives to obtain business objectives and the organization’s vision across management and leadership levels. You are required to provide advice and serve as a consultant for business leaders and partners to address business goals. Do note that business travel is essential.

    You should possess a master’s degree in HR, Change Management, Organization Development, or Leadership. Strong facilitation and time management skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be skilled in employing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making and process optimization. You must also be able to work well in a fast-moving environment and possess effective designing capabilities for presentations. An advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment would be an advantage.
