With an eye on growth across business segments and markets, an established local financial services business is undergoing digital transformation. The business is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Lead to drive product launches, market expansions, and gain market share. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing generalist to take the reins first as a sole contributor, and to eventually grow their marketing team.

Responsibilities
As the Regional Marketing Communications Lead, your key objectives are to grow market share and brand awareness, manage product launches and market expansion campaigns, and ensure efficiency of lead generation campaigns. In addition, you will drive the current digital transformation initiative from a marketing perspective, managing the rebranding exercise and relaunch. You will partner the management team and senior stakeholders in tech and product, as well as local market marketing teams and agencies.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant business or marketing programs, and broad marketing experience across digital marketing, branding and communications, and campaign management in B2B and B2C industries. The successful candidate has a proven track record delivering against measurable marketing objectives and managing stakeholders including agencies. Having prior experience in a creative agency and/or familiarity with regional campaigns and/or ability to ideate outside regulatory requirements are strong pluses.
