Our client is a market leader supplying clean-label ingredients into food and nutritional health supplement companies. With Asia identified as a hotspot for growth, they are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

This role reports to the APAC Commercial Director. You will be part of the pioneering team in Asia and play a key role to grow the market share for countries focusing on SEA. This is done through direct sales and distribution management. The Sales Manager will establish new business partnerships and maintains business relationships with current ones to generate new business. You will be working closely with the Technical team and keep abreast of the product application to be able to service the clients better.

Requirements 

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a relevant field, with at least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the Food & Nutrition industry, ideally with experience in food, functional food and/or health supplements. If you are in the industry in a non-sales function but possess good commercial acumen and aspire to pivot your career in the commercial direction, you are welcomed to apply. Having the right attitude to learn and work well in an entrepreneurial team environment are the upmost critical traits required. In addition, you have a dynamic personality, are self-driven, possess strong communication skills and enjoy breaking new grounds. Given that this is a regional sales role, you should also be willing to travel as required.
